Yes, in the future it will. I was only talking about 'inherited' players, Scrunch.

For a long time until now, Norwood's 'country' zone has been basically an extended city zone, very easy to service compared to (say) Glenelg and West Adelaide.

Haven't heard anything regarding Glenelg's latest recruiting target, but I believe Ben Dougall is who you may be referring to as heading to Sturt.

The problem with Ben Dougall is that he can't make up his mind where he wants to be a big star. He gave up football for cricket, now he's going back to football again. He's already trialled with 4 AFL clubs, looking for a rookie contract. He needs to make a decision and stick to it soon. He'll be 23 next month. Otherwise he'll end up like a lot of lads I've seen over the years, who've wasted their natural talent because they want it all at once.
