rumblings in district cricket

i spoke to a solid district A grade cricketer today that has played for the state & he told me that there's a few not happy with the amount of money that's been thrown at the assistant Papa New Guinea coach whose recently retired from first class cricket & another who got the chop from first class cricket, he didn't think it was fair & i probably should have asked him do they have a salary cap but never thought too

so i'll ask this can district cricket teams afford to throw big money to attain coaches & players ?

maybe they can at Oval Avenue
