All things Glenelg 2023
Can the tigers stay in contention or will they fall away ?
Obviously a ruckman & a small forward are needed & someone to move the magnets when necessary

Despite some strong whispers blowing on the breeze up Anzac Highway regarding Luke Partington, for former Redleg was today re-signed with the Bays.

When driving you only occasionally look in the rear view mirror

Just like Norwood trying to poach a Glenelg premiership player and it isn’t Partington
I wouldn’t have thought that Richard Douglas would be classed as a “Norwood great”
However if your going to draw the long bow then I’ll say the prodigal son is returning

Are the Tigers still struggling financially? Saw on FB recently they're asking the public to help accommodate their interstate players.

Not totally accurate, there’s more to it than that, it is of a personal nature

Don’t know, he usually procrastinates in the off season whether to keep going or not, so it’s nothing new, I do know he wants to play with Shannon for a couple of years before he gets too old

Understand there might be more layers to it, totally...
But whether it is sacked, told no longer required, moved on, poised to part ways...
However you want to word it, the club has / is / will be telling the coach he is no longer required.
Will be fascinating to see who the next coach of Glenelg will be.

Saw Roy Laird last Sunday week at the Globe Derby trials, he’s a semi regular at the meetings but being at the trials suggests to me he has a share in a horse

Is the favourite for replacement of Hand a former SANFL player of another club, with AFL experience and a family connection?
