Norwood vs Port siren fiasco? When was it? Empty Norwood vs Port siren fiasco? When was it?

Hello all,
My dad recalled a story of a game between Port and Norwood at a packed to the rafters Norwood Oval? where the siren apparently went off but the crowd was so loud that the umpires couldn’t hear it. Apparently it was a close match and the Magpies went on to score after time was due. Does anyone know the exact year (could have been anywhere between 1998-2006) and do you have any stories/memories of this game you would like to share? Any help would be appreciated.

Round 13 2001...I think? I recall seeing something about it, and that Bryan Beinke kicked the winning goal; scores being 12.10 to 12.4.
