Home Finals at reserves level !!! Empty Home Finals at reserves level !!!

can someone explain to me why the reserves & for that matter the under 18's aren't having 'home finals' where possible this year given the fact the league was going to initially have it for this year, i understand some logistics to it but surely this was the perfect time to see how it works without going into it blindly when it does happen at league level

I notice that Geelong seemed to be able to host a home final without to many problems bar actually winning it!
