Word is, although being added to the leadership group at Carlton this season, Nick has found himself on the outer with new coach Mick Malthouse. Nick was recruited to Carlton because of his ability to attack from half back, the new coach isn't pleased with his lack of defensive skills. Only time will tell how it pans out.

I would think the Crows would try - if possible - to work Duigan into a trade for McKernan, with a pick or 2 somehow involved aswell.

That would be good, he's too good a player not to be in the mix somehow.

Adelaide are yet to spend the money freed up by Tippett's defection - I think we will see them being very active on the trade and free agency market at the end of this season, particularly given that they are frozen out of the top draft prospects this year.
