Round 5: West v Centrals - Sunday 3 May @ City Mazda Stadium
Both West and Centrals are coming off disappointing losses last week. Who will bounce back and win this week?

Tuck and Webb out for the Bloods are big blows, will test their quality of depth in the big man department...bayman wrote:i saw both these two teams last week, Westies' will win easily, by about 5 goals
This should be a close on that could go either way...

Central to niggle Brad Helbig, West a bit vulnerable with no tall forwards, but West narrowly at home.

My edits in RED on your comments, to refelct my thoughts, accordingly, Lee

Tuck and Webb massive losses for the bloods, while Retzlaff and Goodrem (always kills us) are likely ins.
Will be close all day and hoefully we can hold on in the end.

Ha...nah haven't spoken to Lee for nearly 12 months privately and that was about an admin elsewhere. I may not post much but do read a lot

It already seems that the competition is breaking up into a group of six and a struggling group of 4.
The bottom 4 still have time to challenge, but at this stage it looks like Norwood, Eagles, Sturt, Port, South and West are challenging for 5 spots. North's list is still good enough to improve their ranking, Adelaide still possibly a chance as they get AFL players back, while Central and Glenelg look like struggling.
