Fans of Letters and Numbers would have learned about the longest word in the English language today, so we'll use that to kick off the Talking Footy SA's 'Word of the Day'

Floccinaucinihilipilification - the estimation of something as valueless (encountered mainly as an example of one of the longest words in the English language).

That's useful.

Why use six words when you can use only one

Bastardo - A small town in Perugia, Italy

Why use a big word, when a diminutive one will do.

Absquatulate - To leave in a hurry.
