Let’s see if Seb plays and the goal kicker Moore.
Still Boyd is in the seconds

Norwood comfortably. I'm surprised that the Eagles didn't make more changes. They had a few passengers against the Bays and there are a few good players languishing in the magoo's.

Many of us on the outer are confused over Boyd
Many of us on the outer have been screaming for a second ruck hopefully Seb ( we lost west last week to a hammy)
Moore must be included 8 goals in the seconds he could’ve had 10 missed 2 . But a loud mouth bays fan was telling what to do after he missed 2 . So thanks .

What can I say . I thought the Eagles had very little hope of winning today how wrong was I.
And finally the Eagles believed in themselves.
First goal was a gift from Norwood not knowing the rules .
But a win is a win Smile

Round 7 W/WT v Norwood at Woodville Empty Re: Round 7 W/WT v Norwood at Woodville

Unlike the previous weeks performances, the opposition was rarely allowed to zip the ball from defence to attack in no time.  We didn't do it either, rather in the second half the goals (and the many behinds) were done via outmuscling and pressuring Norwood into turnovers.

For a side who doesn't have much room for error to make the 5, I'd hate to see a loss purely on the back of inaccuracy...just once in 7 rounds has had more goals than behinds.

I will put my hand up seeing anf saying all the doom and gloom.
What round 7 showed that the Eagles did believe in themselves.
The players with experience stood up and showed the way .
Redden was the best ruckman on the ground full stop .
Pup running through centre at full speed was a sight
Thompson best game of 2019
Foote and Longergan keep playing great footy
The young ones like Rowe tried hard .
And what I’ve forgotten to write the Eagles footy side took risks and it worked .
Yes goal scoring was rubbish.
But the team believed the team took risks the team was not to slow or to old in round 7.

My two cents worth
