Mystery movie life continues for me .
Third phone call from Centrelink no to sickness benefits,
I said we know I was told incapacitated benefits,
My social worker Friday told Centrelink its to early to day disability
So the call today you need disability benefits
I suggested she call my social worker my nominee
Centrelink has told me to instruct doctors about disability
I just live in a mystery movie
What happens tomorrow or while I'm seeing my GP shortly lmao

Well my diabetes is normal
Other issues lol

Ok I have calmed down again
Centrelink three times have told myself and my social worker no to sickness benefits . Ok accepted that first time accepted it will be Newstart incapacitated benefits yep ok no worries . Let's forget the call about missing an interview for a job place ,
Today's call fourth time to no to sickness benefits I eventually said we've been told that should be Newstart incapacitated oh no your certificate days permanent so you need disability. Friday my social worker said its to early to Centrelink I just told Centrelink you need to talk to my social worker she had on her computer as my nominee .
But talk to your doctor get them started my GP said rehab doctor wrote that yes it's permanent you may not get it all back but if she ticked this box and still say permanent you'd get sickness benefits.
There you go I give up
Whatever one says the next says no this one the next changes back !!
So I'll ask my neurosurgeon Monday see what he says

In the meantime no wages lol

go to the media, it'll get sorted out quickly, they (no one) likes bad publicity, if you have a pet tell them you've almost run out of money & will be no longer be able to pay for its or your food shortly

I'm totally Calm and confused
Centrelink departments each saying no but get this benefit which leads to disability
My social worker already said no to Diasabilty
My rehab doctor wrote permanent injury on my certificate my GP
1 last week said there's a case my employer and insurer have to answer to
2this week now you won't get work cover legally you weren't at work but a work function
3 you should be on sickness benefits and your rehab doctor should not have said permanent injury yes it is permanent but you will get better just not 100 percent.
And my lawyer is fighting the employer and insurer who are changing their arguments since diabetes and being sober have been proven

So I'm calm still no clue what will happen
And I'm always in pain

GP how the hell in under a week she changed her tune went from I've read your hospital records and hampstead your employers have a case to answer to as it is work cover
To it was a work function not work cover
In January when I was no fit enough to work oh you'll be ok Feb 1 . My therapists saw this and rushed me into the rehab doc who gave me until April 25 off ,
GP was not impressed with my injury being classed as permanent.
Heavens above what are doctors who work with brain injured supposed to write .
Whatever happens when this is over I think one thing I'll change is my GP .
I'm still seeing specialists gotta see two today but these ones are to do with my eyes damaged after my brain injury I may get my license back or not .

OK just a quick update
I had my second neurosurgeon appointment and my therapists wanted my son to go in with me. To make sure I understood what he said (thats an issue for me)
1 ok my accident i asked what fractures my sinus behind my right ear right side of my head and back of my head,
2 i have been told before on my ED trip i have two bubbles now i know behind the ear bubble is liquid bubble in my sinus is air.
3 they have no clue what my pain is either nerve pain or pain from the fractures .
4 the light headedness and dizzyness is normal for my injury
5 I told him the pain is in certain areas on the right side all spot on and it starts when i open my eyes until i close them normal again
6 told him panadol lasts 30 mins endone lasts an hour or i mean to take pain away .
7 I also told him ive lost taste and smell he didnt believe so he did a smell test i closed my eyes and he shoved it in a students nose and my sons nose they both Im told winced , Me eyes closed nope could not smell a thing . After that he said smell and taste may be gone forever.
8 I asked about centrelink theyve been calling me needing to know things this guy said to early .
9 I said work is having issues with me not cleared to work I m told my therapists visited work refuses to move me to do other work . Also work is having issues with me having a gradual return a few hours a day . Work are saying 8 hours a day doing the job ive been doing for 21 years and no way i could be longer than 6 weeks to improve . Specialist told me today no way i can work 8 hours a day with manual labor and my therapists must take care of that .
At the end i was told its time to live my life as much as i can and work must come to terms with how I am .Could take from 2 to 3 years to get as good as i can get

Ok I feel like I'm a criminal or maybe I should be one .
No money coming in since December 21.
I have certificate saying I can't work permanent injury until late April .
Work and their insurer for whatever reason up in arms they are not paying me .
Centrelink started off with my social workers trying to apply for sickness benefits no to that it should be incapacitated benefits no to that it should be disability. Even with social worker saying it's too early . Next week social worker will charge at Centrelink.
So as I said certificate not to work until late April .
So why in hell am I getting Fing phone calls from a job placement I keep asking them to call my social worker I have a certificate. No we'd rather talk to you this is unpaid volunteer work . I'm why are you calling me I have a certificate call my social worker no we are calling you why I'm asking . She replied what's your problem I had a traumatic brain injury in October at a work function I have a job to return to . She's going this should be work cover I know that Centrelink know that my lawyer ( that got a big sigh ) knows that but my employer and insurer are saying no .
Why are you calling me she's well your not getting Centrelink payments its volunteer work .
I was for heavens sake no one has paid me since December 21 why is everyone up in arms over me with a certificate . Oh I will call you in two arrggh why
Honestly if I was a drunk or a druggie I'd be on benefits but be a non drinking worker it's a big issue getting benefits.
Now if I robbed the corner store or bank they'd help me no friggin end

Ok a friend has told me a couple of things to do . One being the next time a job placement place calls me for no reason to ask for the manager or i hang up .
Still no clue why Im an issue i havent lost my job yet i cant work until im medically cleared and my employer complaining so much heavens above they refuse work cover and cant see why im not fit enough from a brain injury to work and no to a gradual return,
They require me to be what i was preinjury Ive been told last monday thats not likely and i cant be silent argghhh

Job companies calling not taking unfit to work and I have a job still that I can't do .
My work no idea what's up their butt in tribunal claiming stuff they had to stop saying drunk and my diabetes blood tests that night showed I wasn't .
My understanding is they are claiming I had a medical episode like epilepsy even though I have never ever had that illness .

Really I need benefits be left alone live my life .

Honestly I appear normal talk to me for 30 mins I wander off like sleeping
Get fatigued walking I wander to the right or left
Head pain never really stops it did today for awhile came back with stress

Yesterday I over did it my head is still not great this morning.
The biggest thing I'd like to know is why is my employer fighting so hard to get me back to work .
They are even telling my therapists no to a gradual return . They want me normal preinjury hells bells I've been told you may never be normal 100 percent again .
Honestly one specialist said to accept it and that my work must accept it . Seems they are saying no normal preinjury .

One more thing couple of months ago I was getting text messages from one coworker . After I answered them my employer started saying I was getting the information wrong they were telling . Convinced my therapist . When asked to call my therapists if they needed to contact me nope all went quiet .
So two months later I get a text message asking how I'm going I thought over answering or not so I gave him a one word answer slowly .
No reply sorry but I've learnt not to trust anything or anyone from my employer.

Ok big day tomorrow I have to attend my tribunal hearing
1 work and insurer claiming A I won't return to work
B it's not work cover
2 after the medical staff informed them I was not drunk and my diabetes was normal .
These two are claiming I'm epileptic.
Funny never ever been diagnosed that in my life

And I'm awaiting a medical clearance to return to work ,
I feel like I've robbed these two companies cause I've got no wages since December 21

And after that an ENT specialist appointment

I just wish to thank everyone for letting me post this
It's gotten off my chest
If it stayed on my chest I bet those two companies would say my chest caused my 6 head fractures lol

I really can't see it ending tomorrow this tribunal has made a specialist appointment for April 6 . And I have to be a good scout tomorrow so to speak .

Me I still have no clue why these two companies are screaming so much I'm not getting wages . And work is saying no to a gradual return full 100 percent in no way can they accept a brain injury takes longer than a strained muscle to improve

if your getting nowhere tomorrow please use my line with something like ''do i have to go to the media to get this sorted out''

trust me no business wants negative or bad publicity & i'll bet the ball will get rolling
