This year is the first time since 1977 that Central have not played a match in September
And the first time that Eagles have not played a match in September (and in fact the last round pre 1991 that was before September occurred in 1977)

Last time other clubs have not played in September are:

Glenelg - 2014 (was previously 2000)
North - 2014 (was previously 2000)
Norwood - 2000
Port - 2000
South - 2010 (bye in Rd 23 2010)
Sturt - 1977 (played in 2000 PF which was on the 3rd of September)
West - 2014 (was previously 2000)
