i reckon he'd have to be, i watched him last night on dvd, only had a small part in the film, the film titled ''terror by night'' starring Basil Rathbone & Nigel Bruce (as Sherlock Holmes & Dr. Watson), even though i've seen the film before it was an entertaining film as all the Sherlock Holmes' films are (the best is 'the scarlett claw')

but is Billy Bevan our first hollywood actor ?
