Keith Kulmann springs to mind

but he is the longest kick in the league at the moment, i'll tip Bryce Retzlaff (not sure of the spelling sorry) from Central would be second or third behind him along with Michael Coad


can anyone think of any other long kicks at the moment ?

Ben Hansen has a booming kick for the Blues.
Surprising because he isn't big or tall.
Often lurks behind a bloke on the half forward line and goes past for the handball give to launch one.

A question for the bio-mechanics experts out there.

Luke Jarrad has a long kick on him. With a handy breeze, he kicked a goal from the centre circle at Thebarton Oval a few years ago.

Tom Fields kick out from a point at Glenelg on Sunday, little or no wind to speak of...drop punt to the centre circle.

I guess we all tend to think of players from the club we support so one that comes to mind is Taite Silverlock from The Bloods, for a small player he does have a fair boot on him and have seen him score from outside the 50 metre line a few times, just not often enough.

No one from Westies is scoring enough lately testy, which is quite sad really
