Tribunal Empty Tribunal

As posted on the Port v Sturt thread, Henry Slattery has been referred directly to the Tribunal.

It seems to have over-shadowed Ben Jeffries report. He's been offered 3 weeks, which is a big penalty.

Anyone see that incident?
