It's a bit of a long story, but to tell the short version, someone at the Norwood FC exceded authority and promised the Norwood job to Nunan. In the meantime, Wally Miller and company set about finding a replacement for Hammond and came up with Neil Balme. It it understanding that Nunan was quite upset about that and wasn't all that keen to play under Balme, so he transfered to North.
