(1) Norwood: Stood up again and their form can't be faulted. They're the class act of the League right now.

(3) Glenelg: They lost so many, they were going to finish last, but nobody told them. Bigger tasks ahead, but so far, so good.

(2) Sturt: The third unbeaten team and they should stay that way next week. Opposition teams need several Crows injuries in a hurry.

(4) Port: They're thereabouts, not getting the points, playing OK, but need a win soon.

(5) West: A big hiccup sent them from potentially the top rungs back to mid-table, with a tough one to follow.

(6) Central: The sluggish motor eventually kicked into life. Will it reach full power?

(8 ) North: Turned it around just in time, but much sterner tests to follow and they'll need to keep improving.

(7 South: A fair effort against Central, but they can't afford injuries which show up their lack of depth.

(8 Eagles: Still time to show they haven't lost it, but nothing much to enthuse about so far.

It's because the kids don't have any monkey's on their back, and no chip's on their shoulders.
