Recruiting: Winners and Losers
Stronger:
North, Eagles
A bit stronger:
Norwood, West,
About the same:
Glenelg, Sturt.
Slightly weaker:
Central.
Weaker:
South.
That's very subjective, of course, so argue away.

centrals look around the same. williams is a big big loss, but nason was really a reserves player the last couple of years and mcintyre sounds like he wasnt focussed for the second half of the year and thinking about being somewhere else.
a few hungry young blokes could be good for them.

i'll tip the bays will be a lot quicker than in previous years, whether that creates wins or not is yet to be seen

Re: Recruiting: Winners and Losers
Bloods have lost at least 7 from last years starting 18.
I know some would say this can't be such a big loss given how crap we were last year but I am not sure that we are a "bit stronger".
One can only hope "the Porp" can turn us around!!!!!

well if Norwood can lose 15-18 players & go top, surely West can lose 7 & improve a bit ?
i'm hoping the new look lightning quick Tigers will improve from one end of the ladder to the other but sensibly i'm hoping to be mid range this year

Re: Recruiting: Winners and Losers
I think most of the 7 losses were probably struggling with injury or getting near the end of their careers,br?
The 'ins' are much better than the 'outs', with 2 ex-AFL players and another good ruckman, IMO.
Then again, I have a vested interest and am biased, so you might be right.
