SANFL ROUND 24 UPDATE
BROADCAST DETAILS
Saturday, September 8
Port v Sturt – Alberton Oval, 2.10pm – RPH
Central v North – Playford Alive Oval, 7pm - LifeFM
Sunday, September 9
Eagles v West – Unleash Solar Oval, 2.10pm – ABC TV
Glenelg v South – Gliderol Stadium, 2.10pm - RPH
Norwood bye
POTENTIAL FINALS OUTCOMES
NORTH will play Finals if:
- The club defeats Central District.
- The club loses and either Glenelg or Eagles are defeated.
- The club could still qualify on percentage if it loses and both Glenelg and the Eagles win.
GLENELG will play Finals if:
- The club wins and the Eagles lose.
- The club could still qualify on percentage if it wins and the Eagles win, provided its percentage is greater than the Eagles.
- The club could still qualify on percentage if it wins, the Eagles win and North gets beaten comprehensively by Central District, resulting in Glenelg having a better percentage than either Eagles or North Adelaide or both.
PORT will play Finals if:
- The club wins and both Eagles and Glenelg are defeated.
EAGLES will play Finals if:
- The club wins and Glenelg loses.
- The club could still qualify on percentage if it wins and Glenelg wins, provided its percentage is greater than the Glenelg.
- The club could still qualify on percentage if it wins, Glenelg wins and North gets beaten comprehensively by Central District, resulting in the Eagles having a better percentage than either Glenelg or North Adelaide or both.

Those criteria fail to highlight that one of Eagles or Glenelg can make it if both lose - Port has to lose as well.

if North get beat by a margin and WWT and Tigers win North could miss out on the finals.
