Suspensions & Medals what would happen ?

if an AFL listed player gets suspended in a AFL match, does he still qualify for the Magarey Medal ?
or vice versa
if an AFL listed player gets suspended in a SANFL match, does he still qualify for the Brownlow Medal ?
or vice versa

Wouldn't think so. But it is an interesting conundrum. Do AFL players have dual registrations?
I believe if I was given a 4-week suspension by one league, and then transferred to a different league with the 4 week timeframe, I would still have to serve the remainder of my suspension.
But then again, how would that affect my medal chances? Good point to raise!

I would say he would qualify but missing games would make it tough and unlikely
