Robbery at WAFC

Westies' website carries an announcement that the licensed club is closed till midday today because of a robbery that occurred overnight.

1) The perpetrators clearly don't follow the SANFL as they obviously have no knowledge of the state of our finances.
2) Surely the police will be talking to Tony Dey as he was responsible for the last one.

It happened at night, so it wasn't Tony.

His specialty is Daylight robbe.........

I think the Eagles clubrooms were robbed a couple of weeks ago, as well...

You're not wrong. Can't remember what the penalty was for the offenders who burnt down our changerooms but I reckon it was pretty lenient iirc.

Several years ago the shop I worked at, had its window smashed by a drunken youth, the chap across the road called police and identified the lad and he was charged over it and got a warning... - Fair enough that you dont go throwing kids in jail for a minor offence, yet what I would like to know is why the lad or his parents were not made to actually pay for the window?

Its my opinion that in a number of cases, restorative justice is the only way to go and our courts in SA need to have a far greater capacity to make that happen.

Bring back transportation. Send them back to England!

A YOUTH who set fire to the West Adelaide Football Club, causing $250,000 damage, has been jailed.

The youth, 17, from Mile End, had pleaded guilty to one count of arson.

Today, the Youth Court ordered he serve four month's detention.

His co-offenders, aged 15 and 14, has pleaded guilty to lesser charges.

Each was placed on a good behavior bond.

$30,000 from mainly the night before & everyone is supposed to be broke, they should've added another $10,000 to the total
