Looked long and hard this morning - the ones I 'passed' are coming in the winners

I was very rusty today

One of the most amazing things seen on a racetrack for many years today in Victoria.

Jockey Daniel Stackhouse has ridden 4 winners in succession in races 2 to 5 at Sale. By no means was he on favorites all the way either.

Race 2 winner: Ferlax at $1.80 favorite
Race 3: Kerthos at $7.40 the win
Race 4: My Saving Grace at $18.00 the win
Race 5: French Friday at $4.60 the win

Had people put a $5 all-up the win on these rides, they would currently have $5514.48.

For those interested, he does have a ride in Race 6, at 3.30pm - number 6, Rafil.

So his parents are probably rich today then - lol.

OMG - I just looked up the results - he won on that last ride too !!!

Yes, the last ride, Rafil, won with the proverbial "leg in the air" too, at odds of around $7.40. Won by around 3 lengths and Stackhouse delivered a salute past the post in doing so.

To put this in perspective, a $5 bet on each ride, with the winnings carrying to the next race, would have returned around $40,000.

What was his JC odds?

I looked after the event R&B - so they might have 'shortened' from the morning - but what I saw was $7.50.

Might have a go today.

Okay *Insert twisting arm emicon here* - I can't look at those prices and not jump aboard...lol.

I have just plain and simply copied your selections FS - haven't even looked at one field - lol - and then just picked one of my favourite jockey's out of the air in Wagga - and then boxed all 4 in a multi... with just a very small wager on each just for interest sake !!

Tempted, tempted, tempted to go again today.

Not a bad day with mine - Winks rode the last race winner to win overall by 3.

Will wait on Adelaide and NSW markets to be released.
