Recruiting or Juniors
It's interesting that West had a huge percentage of 'home-grown' players in their premiership team.
15 of the 21 played juniors at the Bloods.
When you consider the other 4 who played finals, Anderson, Homburg, Agostino and Brind were also West juniors, that makes 19 of the 25 used.
I'd guess that the closest club over the last year or two would be Norwood.
Perhaps there's a lesson there for recruiters?

Some of the Central teams in the 2000's had high numbers of local talent...
