SANFL site polls
The new poll on the SANFL site is a tricky one. It's entitled: "How is the best defender in the IGA League?"
So I suppose first you have to identify who the player might be, and then, I guess, you have to take a stab at how they're feeling.
This poll comes after last week's poll which asked who would win the Ken Farmer Medal, but none of the 10 options included the player who was third on the goalkicking ladder (Shannon Green, just 4 goals behind the leader) or the player who was 6th (Ainger).
I think they need to apply the concussion test to some staff at SANFL headquarters.

I suppose "Waiting nervously for the Match Review panel" isn't an option?

No Adam Hartlett?
Is that because he's on here and we know how he's feeling?

It's now stayed up for a week without anyone there noticing the error.

Maybe they're waiting for his Mum to respond.

pity that can't get scores today, with the SANFL app crashing yet again. between that, trying to access radio streams via the SANFL site with no success, and live stream commentary only fair quality, it really makes you wonder where the league is heading

The SANFL really should get someone literate overseeing their website:

From SANFL's match report:
"One of the recruits of the season, Kaine Stevens, continued his impressive debut season in the SANFL with a game-high 33 disposals and 12 clearances."
Sorry Zac but it's his second season with us.

I assume the same person is behind the SANFL fan survey:Flag No.9 wrote:The SANFL really should get someone literate overseeing their website:

Question 3: How often do you attend a SANFL match? The last option is "Once a yeat."
Question 5: What do enjoy most about the SANFL? (For me it's the way it leaves the word "you" out of questions.)
Question 13: What feature do like the most on the official SANFL App? (See above)
Question 19: What is your favourite away venue? (Apparently WWT's ground is Maugham Thiem Hyundai Oval.)

Why are we getting AFL news on the SANFL site? I'm not sure how Dean Gore and Jimmy Toumpas being traded from one AFL club to another is SANFL news, other than the possibility that they might play the odd game in the SANFL.... for their AFL club.

There's an SANFL connection there, obviously, and there musn't be much else to report on in way of SANFL news...
If they didn't put anything up at all, people would complain !!! They can't win...

Re: SANFL site polls
Well Matt Fuller has returned to SA from an AFL club - I don't see vision of him on the site; Jarryd Cachia had a couple of years with Carlton, no vision of him; didn't see any of Helbig when he returned; and these guys are actually SANFL players, not AFL players.
