Tim Symes 2003.

I remember being on the field at Elizabeth during a Reserves game when Tim was struggling to get a kick.  His young opponent was giving him plenty of stick. "C'mon grandpa", etc.

Last quarter and Tim kicked 3 goals to win the game. After his third goal, he turned to his opponent and said. "Not bad for a pensioner, eh".

Very good player, Tim, and very under-rated.  Held down CHF for West for a long time.  I also remember a game at Glenelg when the West half-back line were the best 3 players on the ground,

Dion Myles, Tim Symes and Sam Jones, from memory.
