Port - Still sitting comfortably on top, despite the narrow, but comfortable margin against Central.

Adelaide - Is Port No 2 stereotype starting to look like every SANFL follower's nightmare?

Sturt - Tough fight to overcome a persistent South. Travelling nicely.

Eagles - Reality check against Adelaide, but we'll take that as a blip.

Norwood - Normal transmission resuming. Not likely to relinquish a finals spot now.

South - Playing well, but losing. It's all about premiership points and they need a win.

North - Routine win against Glenelg, but getting settled. Improvers.

West - Struggling to field a settled side and in danger of dropping out of the race.

Central - Better effort against Port, but still a long way off the pace,

Glenelg - Competitive for nearly a half, but have major problems which need time to fix.

Agree on most, R&B, but would proably swap Adelaide and Sturt.
