Very poor IMO
I would not be happy with the BS spun either .
I know a bay member who also had a few issues down there last year .
All clubs can "test" you sometimes !!!

No surprises there. I have won many prizes and sponsored players at various Adelaide sporting clubs and I am the idiot that has to keep ringing the clubs to get my entitlements!
I swear there are many clowns that run Marketing Departments around SA. Surely, one key criteria of working in this position is your ability to deal with PEOPLE & THE PUBLIC!!!

Re: How long is toooo long
In 2010, the Adelaide Football Club promised free caps to any member that renewed (either in full or in instalments) by a certain date (the week before Christmas I think, also was the cutoff for paying in instalments).
Anyway, the members that qualified got the vouchers for the caps, and most went to claim them at the first home game, only they ran out. While the club promised they would order more in, they never arrived!
No big loss as the caps were terrible anyway, but just another example of a club failing to deliver on part of their membership package.
I will say though that I've never had a problem with receiving any part of my Centrals membership packages.
