2012 SANFL Crowd figures
Hi Spelly. I am missing most of this years crowd figures. Would you be able to post them or post a link to them.
I usually get them from Monday's Advertiser but unfortunately it's not delivered to Melbourne anymore.

Re: 2012 SANFL Crowd figures
They are all in "Crowd Watch" section of the FOOT-e TIMES SA each week.
If a crowd figire is not posted in the paper (has happend about five times this year) we ring up the club to confirm to attendance.
In addition, last Wednesday's issue did a comparison of all clubs home match crowds compared with same time last year and total 2011 figure.
Worringly 5 SANFL clubs based on same number of home games in 2011 are down by over 18% this season.
There is also now a home match crowds ladder each Wednesday. Amazingly Eagles are up to 3rd (won't stay there) ahead of Central and Sturt whilst North are 9th.
You can subscribe to FOOT-e TIME SA for a flat rate of $1 an issue, minimum 10 issues. Just speak to the site Admin.

Yes, we were waiting for PhilH to answer that, but he must have missed it.

To subscribe, just PM 'Admin' or 'redandblack' for payment details ansd we'll give you immediate access.
That offer is open to all.

In all honesty, I haven't compiled (nor seen all of) the crowd figures this year.

Folks, just a friendly reminder to keep posts about the topic and not about the poster.

Re: 2012 SANFL Crowd figures
No need for any apologies, w'mean.
You raise some very good points, in particular about this site not becoming a 'yes man's' site. We've stated all along that there's plenty of room for disagreement about issues and that's the backbone of any site to some extent. Indeed, we'd like to see more debate about the issues facing footy in SA and we encourage all posters to air their views.
Our main point is that we all stick to the issue and not the poster, hence our very mild post, addressed to all of us, about that.
Your reply, though, is exactly how we'd like to see a poster respond to these issues and thanks for that.
