Round 11: Eagles v Port - Saturday 1 July @ Maughan Thiem Hyundai Oval
Eagles v Port
Saturday 1 July
Maughan Thiem Hyundai Oval
Reserves: 11:30am
League: 2:10pm
It's 1 v 2 in what could be a Grand Final preview. The Eagles won the first battle at Alberton, will they repeat at home?

With all the injuries to the Eagles leading up to this game might be a game with port as the favorites this game

The Eagles game plan could determine the winner
If its a fee flowing shoot out, I would think Port by 4 goals
If the Eagles flood back with extras in defence and make the game a slog , I would think the Eagles narrowly by 2 goals

While it was a hard fought win more major injuries
rowntree first quarter did his knee again looks bad
Boyd he was hit from pillar to post
He was hit in the head looked like he was knocked out in the third went off but came back in the fourth
Really did the eagles win yes they did
Port seemed to stop after half time

Important win from the Eagles. Really stamps them as flag favourites at this point in the season.

Number 1 ruck Bomber
Midfielder Pup
Former Ken Farmer medalist Wundke
And first term mid fielder Rowntree does his ACL again feel for him
