The draws don't add up to an even number, because in each case, the previous week only one side had the bye out of the two who played.  These stats include instances where three teams had the bye one week, then two of them played each other the following week.

You can also look at it from the other way around, the record of teams coming off the bye (just switch the W/L figures around).  There doesn't seem to be much advantage either way.
