2015 State Game: WAFL v SANFL - Saturday 23 May @ Lathlain Park, Perth

It's that time of the year where we pause to for the state game between the SANFL and the WAFL.

The last two results have gone the way of the home team. Will this continue and the WAFL take out the game, or will the SANFL return home victorious.

The 2015 Carlton Draught WAFL state game against the SANFL at Lathlain Park will be broadcast via live stream on the WAFL website this Saturday, May 23.

The live stream will kick off at 2pm and be hosted by WAFL commentator Glenn Mitchell and South Australian commentator Phil Aspinall, with expert comments from 188-game WAFL player and former Subiaco leading goal kicker Rod Willett.

thanks Paul, i knew i'd spell the name wrong, she does host the Hopman Cup on the tv which is one of the lead up tennis tournaments for the Australian Open, albeit the players play for their respective countries

She hasn't hosted the Hopman Cup for 4 or 5 years.

ABC don't do the Hopman Cup anymore either.

ok, i've seen her hosting something over the summer, possibly womens' golf or cricket, if not those 4 or 5 years went very quickly, almost as quick as last weeks pay packet

Her last Hopman Cup from memory she was pregnant and yeah 5ish years ago.
Can't remember the name of the guy who took over from her.

Considering our coach has only coached Slowdowns in the past 15 years, and selections based on reputation, it's a perfectly valid feeling.

I think WA will win comfortably

nothing to do with the coach Bruce, but i agree with you that the Sandgropers will win, i base it on history, we win here & they win there

Pretty hard to know without knowing the relative strength of their comp I'd have thought.
