MEDIA RELEASE – GLENELG LEADERSHIP GROUP ANNOUNCED
The Glenelg Football Club is pleased to announce the appointment of dual club best and fairest, Andrew Bradley as captain for season 2015.
This will be Andrew’s second year in the role, after sharing the role with Ty Allen in 2014. Andrew has quickly developed into a fantastic leader both on and off the field, and will head an eight player-strong Leadership Group in 2015.
Craig Pitt and Warrick McGinty have been named as joint Vice Captains. Andrew, Craig and Warrick are all from our South East country development zone, which is further testament to the success of our South East Academies.
The remainder of the Leadership Group consists of Brad Agnew and Lewis Hender who also originate from the South East. Glenelg Juniors Lachlan Button and Patrick McCarthy and ex-Carlton player Aaron Joseph make up the eight man Leadership Group.
