Port have offered Tom Logan a spot on the rookie list & Tom has accepted it, had it been a ''veterans list'' i could understand but as a ''rookie'' fair dinkum give me a break, how the hell can he be classed as a rookie, i'm sorry but to me this seems to be ''another way around'' the $400.00 match payments

Yeah totally agree, not sure why port want to keep him he is getting closer to being over 30 and could have used that rookie spot for some young talent considering there first pick in national draft is 57

There's a theory among the 8 foundation clubs that the Power and Crows will use some of their rookie picks to increase their SANFL talent. Whether it's a conspiracy theory or legitimate I don't know.

An underhand way of dishing out a pay cut. I recall last year the Crows tried that with Richard Tambling and he treated it as the insult it was, and moved on to life in the real world. Rolling Eyes
