Coaches ready for the next step Empty Coaches ready for the next step

How many assistant coaches in the SANFL are ready to make the next step and move to a senior coaching role? we hear a lot about this in the AFFL, nothing in our league, there must be some of them that are worthy of a spot.

It's a very hard thing to judge from outside a club, and more so because assistants are part-time. I'm not sure if Tony Burgess is still at South, but he would have been capable I'd have thought. Norman is an assistant at WWT, he's obviously another one. But perhaps U18 coaches might be a more fertile breeding ground, where you can judge someone in full control of a team.
