Note: Just on a side issue I wish to comfort you all by explaining that I do not listen to music during a game. I am communicating with Ben Watkins (my Assistant Coach) through our phones. It has been a silly joke that I was telling people for a little fun but recently I think some supporters have taken it all a little serious. ......Maybe today I should have listened to some.

i can't believe anyone actually believed it was true, mind you i think it had the fox footy crew believing it as well, if i was a coach i would have either myself or a colleague listening to the radio call tapping into their knowledge & suggestions of moves in a match if the side was struggling

Funny you say that... there was an issue in the finals at AAMI one game 2 years back that Life FM's wireless mic was on the same frequency as Collo's receiver. He was getting all the tips from the boundary crew.

no wonder they went bad.

I guess anything is thread worthy if a number of people want to talk about it.

The query about listening in last year's GF will likely further the debate.

Actually I like to talk about lots of things, just happens that what Collins listens to on game day is not one of them - considering you would have to be pretty daft if you thought he was listening to something rather than communicating with someone regarding the game he is currently coaching in.

By the way, on a side note, I'm back (in a somewhat limited capacity). Haven't had internet since shifting house a couple of months ago now and of course Telstra were a big part of the problem. Plus there's the fact that I no longer have NBN.  

But anyway, I've got a lot of catching up to do it seems. Plenty of interesting and amusing posts to read!
