The weather....

Hail is hitting the ground as I type !
Feel for those little underage football players who are running around the field at this time.
They will be frrrrrreeeezing
Has been some very ferocious wild weather the past couple of days.
I have a lot of friends on farms in my local area with trees down, no power and looking like cyclones have gone through.
Wet, wild and windy!
Bring on spring - then skip summer - bring on autumn - skip winter - then back to spring - thanks !!

I once played footy up at Houghton about this time of year back in the 80's with the ground covered with hail for most of the game...and it hurts when they hit you in the head, especially the larger hail. I was glad when that game was over, i have never been so cold playing footy.
