A question for the medico's

After a bout of uncontrollable high BP I was sent to a cardiologist .And yes an old heart issue was back but rather minor as I have seen him twice and I have been sent to another specialist .
One of the 3 new things the Cardiologist discovered was that I have is Cushing syndrome or disease . Ok along with a tiny tumor on the Adrenal gland and bad liver issues non alcohol etc etc !!

I've done a little research on goggle . I must have had this issue for awhile and been undetected as I've got type 2 etc etc first .And I've seen a picture of skin marks which I have had on and off for years.

Question is how the hell did I get this cant see an answer on goggle . And while I wait to see the clicncal physician (yes should be an endocrologist GP was that freaked out he said the cardiologist would know someone and he was that worried well you get the idea) how can I improve myself.
As directed I'm exercising been walking .
And the liver issues should one turn into a vegetarian?

Funny thing bayman my GP was upset that I was going to Melbourne to see a rock concert .Said my BP would go to high I replied with wouldn't it go higher at the footy
