Norwood at home under lights
Norwoods record at home under lights is actually not that good for a home side. Currently it stands at 40-37-1, however this was 30-36-1 before Round 8 2011. It is broken up into the following for the other sides records:
Central 3-3
Eagles 7-1
Glenelg 4-7
North 8-4
Port 4-11
South 3-4-1
Sturt 6-6
West 2-4
Playing the old rivals Port, seems to bring the best out of Norwood in the night environment.

I knew that North have a good record under lights at Norwood, but I am surprised at just how good the Eagles record is under lights.
As an aside I have been going to SANFL games since and it seems to me that North have great records at both Norwood and Alberton since I have been going to the footy and not so good records against those two clubs at Prospect. If it is not too hard and not too far off topic would you have those details.

Fantastic thanks, Spell check. You're a legend. North's record at Norwood of 38 out of 85 since 1922 I would have thought is excellent.
I didn't spell out properly what I was after, though. I have been going since 1960 and I was actually wondering what North's record at those two grounds is since I have been going. I think that I have seen North win 20 times at both grounds.

Thanks Spelly, once again you are an absolute legend.
I don't know whether I should be thrilled that my mob have had such great records at those two traditional graveyards whilst I have been going to the footy or be disappointed that they can perform so well at those grounds yet underachieve overall. 5 flags in over 50 years isn't anything special.

I think Norwood at 40-37-1 isn't too bad a return considering Norwood have been poor for most of the past decade.
