red coats to be hung up ?

i believe with the move to Adelaide Oval the traditional ''red coats'' at footy park & suburban grounds are set to become extinct at the end of the year, mind you they could already be extinct at the suburban grounds as i can't recall seeing them, sad for those people trying to earn extra cash on the weekends

They have been wearing blue coats for the last 3 or 4 years at least.

well its been at least 4 years since i went to an afl match,(bar for junior half time games & i'm out of there quickly anyway) having said that the term 'red coats' is the traditional term isn't it ?

I thought they were orange, or did they go from blue to orange, or vice versa. I know they've had a couple of uniform changes the past couple of years.

I'm sure most will have a chance to work at Adelaide Oval anyway.

The security at Adelaide Oval has been wearing yellow tops for ages, Weslo security have been there for many years am sure they will do the same job. No red coats there.

They're Weslo, who also do the security at AAMI Stadium.

Weslo may well still do the security at Adelaide Oval, and they used to do the equivalent of the red coats at AAMI, but I doubt they'd have the capacity to do that on a stadium the size of Adelaide Oval.

Or the SMA could do everything in-house - red coats, security, etc.

Not the same as the red coats
Who were working at unley the other week not in red but the same people .they click the tickets man the gates tie up the fence for the scoreboard at unley .
Different to weslo who normally stand behind them
