March 1st 2003 was the first day of the 50 kph speed limit put on side streets
i can't believe it was 10 years ago when it first started
seeing it was 10 years ago do people still get caught doing 60 kph in a 50 kph zone ?

Yes they still get caught .......Police will hit the "hot spots"still'.

60kph? Try 74kph like my wife last month!
