Re: Not Seriously SANFL
Yes I was, blonde moment. I was thinking Jarman won in 83, but it was Antrobus.
See? I told you I was in shock. Funny things these medals, Aish was good in 81 and won it. In 83 he was sensational but for some reason the umpires marked him harder.

Yes. A lot of players get marked harder after their first medal.

Steven Rowe on the radio tonight talking about the Coopers Clipsal prize they're giving away "Valued at $1500 it's a prize that money can't buy"
Cornes "Well actually you can buy them for $1500"

Good to see Rowey still hasn't learnt the art of putting his mind in gear before taking his mouth out of park

That was Tracy "T-Mac" McGrady after signing with Orlando. On the NBA, that one's on par with Jason Kidd's “We’re going to turn this team around 360 degrees”redandblack wrote:My career was sputtering until I did a 360 and got headed in the right direction - NBA player
Footy players get booed by the crowd at times, so I get a bit of a chuckle when I hear radio and TV footy commentators describe the crowd reaction as a "Bronx cheer". No regular posters on this site would ever be guilty of it I'm sure.
