The end of the Roy Laird era at Elizabeth. Will he be farewelled on a winning note or can Port spoil the party?

Be nice if Laird can go out with a win, he certainly deserves it. Centrals are not without a chance here, depends on who Port holds out for the AFL game.

No doubt it will be tough for us against the professionals today hopefully the boys have a real crack and leave nothing on the ground. It will be an emotional day as we say goodbye and thank you to Roy a win would be the perfect way to end his coaching career.

The boys tried but the professionals were way to big and to good. A couple of things out of the game footsteps Ladhams went down like a sack of spuds when Jydon Neagle hardly touched him and the green flog paid a free and Framptons go at Wyatt Patterson when he was lying on the ground wasnt tough it was a gutless cheap shot but that is typical of the way he plays.
