what the hell is happening in our country ?

firstly the Sydney Siege, then the absolutely horrific tragedy in Cairns

Pretty sad stuff hey

There does seem to be a lot of death around in the lead up to Christmas this year unfortunately.

If a positive can be taken out of it all, hopefully it will prompt people to realise how lucky they are in their own lives over this festive period.

I'm comforted by the reaction of good people to these sad incidents.
