Brad Crouch
Good story on Adelaide Now about Brad Crouch impressing in a Crows internal trial.
"Despite Crows coach Brenton Sanderson yesterday declaring 'we'd love to be able to play him early in the season proper', Crouch still will be restricted to SANFL action with West Adelaide.
"The Victorian whiz-kid left Sanderson gushing after yesterday's internal trial at West Lakes, his ability to find the football the feature in his eye-catching display.
"But Crows operations manager Phil Harper said the club wasn't tempted to ask the AFL to reconsider its ruling that Crouch - and Gold Coast young gun Jaeger O'Meara - would have to wait until 2013 to grace the elite stage."
Sounds like he'll be a terrific gain for the Bloods this year. May just give us the spark we missed last year in the midfield.

Re: Brad Crouch
Yes, it may turn out to be an exciting addition to our midfield.
My only worry is that if he gets any injury, Adelaide might 'cottonwool' him for the season.
Hopefully not.

Great to read about Crouch. being a wesites man its very encouraging. We lack quality midfielders.
However I agree with R&B that if Crouch gets an injury he will be put in cotton wool by the crows

I think he's been super impressive in the 2 trials he's played, considering he doesn't yet know his teammates that well.
